From day one Spenser made my case a priority and stayed in constant contact updating and advising me on everything happening. She has handled everything efficiently and in a timely manner and has never left me waiting or guessing. It is difficult to work outside on heavy machinery and answer calls and she has been flexible and understanding. Definitely recommend her.
