Hailee Amox

Hailee Amox is an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas and Arkansas. At Housewright Law Group, she focuses her practice exclusively on family law, representing clients in divorce, child custody, modifications, enforcement actions, paternity matters, and premarital and postmarital agreements. She is committed to providing thoughtful counsel, practical guidance, and strong advocacy while helping clients navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions with confidence and clarity.

Before joining Housewright Law Group, Hailee represented clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, insurance disputes, personal injury, probate, and family law. That diverse litigation background provides her with valuable courtroom experience and a strategic perspective that benefits her family law clients.

Prior to entering private practice, Hailee served with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas as a courtroom deputy and later as the deputy in charge of the Texarkana Division. In those roles, she gained firsthand insight into the judicial process and federal courtroom practice—experience that continues to shape her strategic, practical, and client-focused approach to advocacy.

Hailee earned her Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law, where she was a member of the Dean’s List and actively participated in moot court. She received her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas, graduating from the Fulbright College Honors Program and serving as an officer of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Outside the office, Hailee enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, reading, traveling, and writing historical fiction.
